Facial recognition

Identify individuals in real-time facial recognition security system

Element Vision is an all-in-one platform that streamlines identity recognition, harm minimisation, and real-time data analysis, helping gaming venues comply with legislation and industry best practices. Element Vision’s facial recognition system utilises AI technology and deep learning algorithms to detect, recognise and verify an individual’s identity in real time.

Our system compares extracted features from a given source against a referenced database. When a face is detected, it is tracked and assessed on quality metrics, and a verdict is determined if there is a match against anyone stored in the database.

Facial recognition quickly identifies and flags banned or self-excluded patrons, helping venues to remain compliant at all times.

Harm minimisation

Identify excluded patrons or persons of interest in crowded and unstructured scenes with exceptional detection accuracy.

Real-time monitoring

Check patrons upon entry against a self-excluded database, triggering alerts that are sent to all designated parties in real-time.

Easy onboarding

Employees can easily onboard new self-excluded players through a shared portal, which can work with the existing enrolment process.

How facial recognition works

1. Detection

2. Analysis

3. Finding a match

4. Refusing entry

Stay compliant by integrating facial recognition into your venue.

As a patron enters the surveillance area of your CCTV camera, the facial recognition system automatically detects and captures the image of their face.

The image will be analysed and compared to public photos or those that have been uploaded in your database. The software reads the geometry of the face, considering key features and determining facial landmarks that distinguish an individual’s face from another.

An alert will be sent via email, text, push notification or through our partner portals, Star Compliance & OK2PLAY.

With the banned or self-excluded patron detected, your staff can safely refuse entry into the venue or gaming room.

Keep your venue safe and compliant with facial recognition

Previously, venues have had to enter and monitor self excluded players manually. Facial recognition eliminates the reliance on staff to keep self excluded or banned patrons clear from the gaming room.

With facial recognition, players are flagged upon entry and an alert is triggered. By identifying human faces and comparing them to a database of patrons, self-excluded players are instantly identifiable, streamlining management and removing the scope for human error.

The result; all areas of your club remain compliant 24/7, alleviating the risk of mistakes, breaches, strikes or misinformation around legislation.
