How Facial Recognition Works

1. Detection

As a patron enters the surveillance area of your CCTV camera, the facial recognition system automatically detects and captures the image of their face.

2. Analysis

The image will be analysed and compared to public photos or those that have been uploaded in your database. The software reads the geometry of the face, considering key features and determining facial landmarks that distinguish an individual’s face from another.

3. Finding A Match

An alert will be sent via email, text, push notification or through our partner portals, Star Compliance & OK2PLAY.

4. Refusing Entry

With the banned or self-excluded patron detected, your staff can safely refuse entry into the venue or gaming room.
