Bexley RSL required a complete CCTV and security technology overhaul to support modern compliance obligations, particularly around self-exclusion and harm minimisation.

The existing system was outdated, limited in image quality, and no longer fit for purpose when it came to providing clear evidentiary footage to NSW Police, supporting facial recognition workflows, scaling with future compliance requirements, and delivering operational confidence to management and staff.
