Can you upgrade our existing alarm system or just replace it?

In many cases we can use existing cabling or selected devices and upgrade the control equipment, but it depends on age, condition and compatibility. We’ll assess your current system and recommend the best path forward.

Do alarms still make a siren on site?

They can, if you want them to. Many commercial systems use both audible alarms (to deter intruders) and silent alarms to monitoring, so events can be verified and escalated appropriately.

Do I need monitoring, or can the alarm just ring my phone?

We strongly recommend professional monitoring, especially for commercial and multi site environments. Phone only alerts rely on someone being available, awake and able to respond monitoring ensures events are handled consistently.

Will the alarm go off every time a possum or curtain moves?
